Our Story…

We have been around since 2012 and are proudly the oldest company specialized in shared living here in the Czech Republic.

The owner, Matyas, started his first time abroad washing the floors of Walmart in the USA and during his career developed a passion for helping the expat community, a community he had been a part of since his move to the US. Coming back to Prague he wanted to dedicate himself to helping the expat community here and establishing Flatshare was a way just for that.

Once you become a part of the Flatshare you become a part of a community. We help you to connect to a network of fellow working professionals here in Prague who all want to maintain a respectful home atmosphere.

We also help to represent you to the original home/land-owners who may not have felt comfortable lending their flats to foreigners. We want to help build trust and respect between the landlord and the expat community.
